Judy Younkins

Judy Younkins

Judy (Crosby) Younkins was born on March 22, 1950, in Anchorage, Alaska. As a child, she loved to fish with her family and read. She married her husband Richard in 1968 and later welcomed their boys Keith and Kevin.

The family moved to Hood River, Oregon, in 1976, where Judy worked at the local Rosauers grocery store for 15 years. She always had a kind word and helpful spirit in her community. As her children grew up, many of their friends would come to call Judy’s house home as well. She loved to cook and bake, but perhaps her favorite thing was canning. She was also a talented singer and loved music.
