The Hood River Police Department has resolved the matter and according to a Facebook post, "expresses gratitude to partner agencies for their prompt response."
A tactical team found a deceased male inside the residence after attempts to make contact. HRPD says there is no suspected foul play.
No officers were injured and all other individuals had exited before law enforcements arrival on the scene.

At approximately 2:12 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 24 the Hood River Police Department issued a notice via Facebook about a shot fired at a reported domestic dispute.
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance near the block of 400 Sieverkropp Drive on the Heights in Hood River. According to the online post, officers responded to a call and upon arriving a gun shot was fired from inside the residence.
The HRPD has issued a shelter in place for the blocks between 4th and 6th Streets and the surrounding area until further notice.
